FREE COFFEE for anyone who comes to the Hawkhurst Vault today and speaks to me for 5 minutes about lifestyle. Hand-drawn sign, graph paper notebook, and a proper coffee. This was my approach to user interviews for an app idea I had: sit in a Shoreditch café, bribe strangers with caffeine, and write down everything they said. Scrappy, but I learnt more in that afternoon than I would have from a month of surveys.
